How it works

Strategies, explained.

Everything you need to know about COMPASS scores, NAVIGATOR strategy building, RADAR risk signals, and how the backtest engine works.

COMPASS is a macro environment score that ranges from -7 to +7. It aggregates 7 independent market signals — each contributing -1, 0, or +1 — into a single number that describes the current risk appetite of the market. A score near +7 means almost every signal is flashing risk-on (aggressive growth environment). A score near -7 means the market is in deep risk-off mode (defensive, fearful). Zero is neutral.
